Common Support Issues  

1.       Don’t see your financial institution?

While we support thousands of financial institutions, new ones are added all the time. If you would like to see yours added, please contact customer care and let us know what institution you bank with and our team will work to make the connection as soon as possible.  


2.       Instructions on how to cancel your subscription

To cancel your account click here.  If you are having problems with your account or if there is anything our team can do to convince you to stay, please contact customer care at either fraudsupport@pinpoint-fraud or by calling 1-888-998-8029. 

 

3.       Instructions on how to reset your password

To reset your password go to the login page and click  "Forgot Username or Password?" 


4.       Instructions on how to change your mobile phone number being monitored

Go to the Activate Phone-tab and enter the cell phone number you would like to have monitored.  Once you have entered you cell phone number and clicked the activate button, a one time pass code will be sent to your phone.  Enter that number into the Activate Phone section.  If you have any issues or questions, contact customer care for assistance.

 

5.       Unsubscribe from PinPoint emails

If you want to unsubscribe from alert emails, go to Control Center and click unsubscribe to alert emails.  If you want to unsubscribe from general informational emails from PinPoint, go to Control Center and uncheck the box that says you wish to receive emails from PinPoint regarding products or services.  Additionally, within any email sent to you from the PinPoint Team, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message.  

 

Fraud Hotline 

The Fraud Hotline provides support in understanding various alerts and industry expert knowledge when working with your financial institution during a fraud related event.  This service is supported by industry experts who have inside knowledge of the inner workings of the credit/debit card fraud world as seen through the financial industry. 

When you call the Fraud Hotline one of our expert fraud agents will provide insight and information that may assist you in working with your bank to resolve an open dispute related to fraud.
